no u can bleach it....that will remove the red concentrate on the areas that have the most red though try to get whole head done fast so it will time at the same time...u should have color in the head in 15 minutes or less

awe no don't go blond right now. go to a med-brown first for a month or so, then try the blond, otherwise you will get an orange-yellow-possible gray.

you might want to re bleach it then dye it a natural blonde shade. or buy some dye remover then dye it.

did you have it foiled? if so go back and they can go over the red with red or blonde which ever you want.

I can't figure any other reason bleached hair had red in it.

It had to have been streaked, foiled or frosted, highlighted.
