Anyone have a picture of someone with blonde scene hair with red tips?

I am interested in recoloring my hair .{I have twice recently, so I probably won't again until April.} I want to dye it a really light pale blonde, with red tips and streaks but I can't find a picture as an example to show my hair stylist. I want it short too, but not REAL short. About to the end of my neck, almost at my shoulders. Anyone have a picture of that I could use as an example? I really like my hair to be precisely how I imagine it. I don't like taking chances with hair.
