Hi Tom, My oldest daughter has beautiful long natural red hair. I don't know about sexy, but she not bad looking at all. You don't see very many true red head. I think a natural red head guy, would be sexy. My grandson has beautiful red hair like his mother,my daughter. He has girls running after him at school. Yes,true red heads are special.
